4. Quotations
All quotations are:

Based on the information provided by the client.

Subject to supplier availability.

Valid only for the period indicated in the proposal.
Prices may change if suppliers modify their rates before confirmation.
5. Booking Confirmation
A booking becomes confirmed only after:

Written acceptance by the client;

Any required deposit or payment has been received; and

Confirmation has been issued by Eventia Solutions.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be specified in each quotation or invoice.
Failure to make payments within the agreed deadlines may result in cancellation of the requested services
7. Cancellation & Amendments
Cancellation policies vary depending on the suppliers involved.
Applicable cancellation conditions will always be communicated before confirmation.
Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional costs depending on supplier policies.
8. Third-Party Suppliers
Eventia Solutions acts as an intermediary and coordinator between clients and independent suppliers.
Hotels, transportation companies, venues, activity providers and other suppliers remain solely responsible for the services they provide.
While we carefully select our partners, Eventia Solutions cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control affecting third-party services.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information.

Informing us of any special requirements.

Ensuring passengers possess valid travel documentation where applicable.

Reviewing confirmations carefully.
10. Force Majeure
Eventia Solutions shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Severe weather

Government restrictions

Epidemics or pandemics

Industrial action

Political unrest

Transportation disruptions
11. Liability
We undertake to perform our services with reasonable care, skill and professionalism.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services directly contracted through Eventia Solutions, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
12. White Label Services
For White Label projects, Eventia Solutions operates exclusively on behalf of the contracting business.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All client relationships remain the property of the contracting company.

Eventia Solutions performs operational services confidentially.

We will not contact the end client directly unless expressly authorised.
13. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including text, graphics, logos, branding and images, is the property of Eventia Solutions unless otherwise stated.
